  • Launching our Diversity & Inclusion Charter
  • Accomplishing our first employee diversity and inclusion survey
  • Became a signatory of the NZ Diversity Accord
  • Gaining membership of the Diversity Council of Australia
  • Preparing our reconciliation action plan (RAP).
