As General Manager of Tetra Tech Proteus, Stewart is responsible for the management, coordination and commercial performance of the engineering business.
As a professional engineer, Stewart has more than 20 years’ experience across all aspects of project delivery and a range of industries including mining and minerals processing, petrochemicals and utilities.

With extensive experience working overseas and across Australia, Stewart values working within this dynamic business and leading professionals in the field, providing guidance, support,and challenges to clients and staff to achieve their goals.

He believes in providing innovative, fit for purpose solutions that ultimately lead to highly effective outcomes for our clients and a rewarding experience for our staff.

Greg is a highly accomplished study manager and project director, with over 25 years’ experience in medium to large scale projects both in Australia and overseas.

Greg specialises in managed scoping, pre-feasibility and definitive feasibility studies across a range of commodities including gold; zinc and lead; copper and nickel; rare earths and uranium projects; and working on iron ore, tungsten and manganese projects.

Zoran is a Principal Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer with extensive experience across the mining and metals industry.

His knowledge also extends to many aspects of processing and non-processing plants, as well as their life cycle, commencing with feasibility right through  commissioning and operating.

As a leader of the design team, Zoran’s specialty is managing the life cycle of the project from feasibility through the execution phase which enables him to deliver the best possible solution for the process, whether that be in iron ore, gold, copper, lithium, uranium, or rare earths projects.

Kevin Brown

Kevin is based in Perth Western Australia and has more than 30 years’ experience in the mining and minerals processing industry.

Kevin specialises in process plan design, piping design and stress analysis, pressure vessel design and multidiscipline project delivery.
His experience extends to maintenance and operational engineering roles, construction roles and consulting roles.

He leads a cohesive, motivated, skilled and client focused mechanical team who have proven their ability to deliver for their clients.

Brett Gray

Brett is a Principal Structural Engineer in Western Australia and has more than 25 years’ experience in the engineering industry.

Brett specialises in materials handling, process plan design, structural integrity and assessment and controlled demolition of structures.

His experience extends to conveyors, reclaim tunnels, stackers, crusher supports, bins and transportable structure design.

Brett enjoys the challenge of working as an engineer within the resources sector and working with the exceptional structural team here at Tetra Tech Proteus.

Evan is the Senior Lead Structural Engineer and manages the civil and structural team for Queensland and New South Wales.

Evan is a chartered engineer whose specialists’ areas of knowledge include structural design and analysis of steel and concrete structures within the energy, mining, industrial and commercial sectors. This includes finite element analysis, demolition, machine foundation and expert witness/forensic engineering sub specialities.

Evan is dedicated to working with clients to achieve smarter solutions while creating innovative designs to solve complex problems.

With more than 40 years’ experience. Dan understands all facets of the project cycle from the viewpoint of the client, consultant, and contractor by having worked with them during his career.

Dan’s relevant project experience includes numerous project management design, documentation, contract administration and construction supervision of multidiscipline projects. Dan’s relevant civil design experience includes siteworks preparation, drainage, sewerage, earthworks, roadworks, yard paving, secondary containment, non-process infrastructure, concrete and retaining structures including costing, programming and supervision of contractors for green fields and brownfield’s works.

Dan manages the very experienced and dedicated civil and architectural teams that have a proven track record in greenfield and brownfields  multi-disciplined projects throughout Australia and overseas.

The client-focused civil and architectural teams pride themselves on providing practical solutions on time and on budget within the mining, industrial, commercial and government sectors. This has led to a long list of successful projects and continued repeat business from satisfied clients.

Johann Pretorius

Johann is both a qualified Master of Mechanical and Doctor of Civil Engineering with nearly 30 years of experience in detail engineering design, construction and project management. His expertise spans both green and brownfield project in the mining and construction industries. At Tetra Tech Proteus, he heads our Project Delivery team, which is focussed on ensuring that the work put out by our company is completed within scope and with the best financial outcomes in mind.

His project management experience includes both EPC and EPCM project delivery models, with project sizes varying from internal business projects through to complex, multi-stage projects.

Johann has been involved with detail structural design, structural audits and investigations, design and engineering management as well as construction and project management of bulk materials handling and mineral processing plants in the open cut coal, base and precious metals mining industries.
